About your order:

Please note that Heartbreaker Hairpieces is run solely by Vanessa Heart. Each hair accessory is made when ordered. Due to this, your order may take up to 2-4 weeks. If you need the order "Rushed" please specify a date upon check out.

Upon Receiving your Hairpiece remember that it may have gotten slightly squished in shipping, just fluff it up by hand and it should bounce back to it's original shape.

Exchanges:

If for some reason there is an issue with your hairpiece, please inform me. I could either give you instructions on how to fix the issue or you can ship it back to me, and I can fix it for you and mail it back. Or if you would like an entirely different hairpiece then just ship back your current one and state which one you would like to exchange for.

Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your hairpiece, then return it to the address on the label and you will receive a refund in your paypal account(Shipping costs not included)

WHOLESALE:

I sell wholesale ONLY to shops. If you would like to carry Heartbreaker Hairpieces in your store, please contact me and we can discuss which pieces are available. Often, Your order will contain a variety of available pieces. Specify if you would like a specific piece. I have a minimum on orders. Contact me for wholesale pricing's on particular pieces.
